Upsee: harness walking aid

Rate this post

Debby Elnatan is a courageous mother… When doctors told that her child with cerebral palsy would never work for lack of awareness of his legs, the Israeli mom refused to give up inventing the Upsee. It is a combination of walking harness with a double pair of shoes. The system is attached to a belt worn by an adult. It allows the child to stand and even to walk naturally accompanying the movements of the accompanying person. The Upsee could improve the lives of many disabled toddlers and even coordinate the first steps of a child.
